About Us
Heather Bennet and Lori Olsen, who are sisters, grew up with a brother (Rick Bidwell) who has disabilities. This ignited their passion to be around and help others with disabilities. After both graduated from College they wanted to creat a safe learning environment for people with disabilities in their community. In 2008 they made that dream come true when they opened the doors to Excellence In Everyone, LLC.
Heather Bennett
Heather grew up in St. Anthony where her family respected and love people with developmental disabilities. She always enjoys spending time with her brother, Rick who has disabilities. This inspired her to make a career serving individuals like him. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Idaho State University in Elementary Education with an endorsement in Exceptional Child. She is now living her dream running the Adult Program at Excellence In Everyone, LLC
Heather married her high school sweetheart, Matt, who is also very involved with Excellence. Together they have 5 children and strive to teach their children to include people with disabilities in their lives. They really are the lights in our lives!
Lori Olsen
Lori, who runs the Children’s program at Excellence, grew up in St. Anthony and loves this area. She received her Bachelor’s Degree at Brigham Young University-Idaho in Child Development as she always knew she wanted to work with children with disabilities. Lori has worked in the field for over 20 years and loves putting her own flair into the children’s program.
Lori is married to Jake and together they have 3 children. She has one child that has Autism and another that has ADHD, ODD, and anxiety. She understands the frustrations, joys, and trials that come with living with family members who have exceptionalities.
